The primary purpose of this Requirements Engineering phase is to systematically elicit, specify, and prioritize both user and client business expectations to replace the obsolete ASP.NET application with an authoritative, high-conversion web platform. A rigorous stakeholder elicitation process identified four distinct stakeholder categories:
- Prospective Students: Aspirants completing 10+2 or bachelor’s degrees seeking IELTS training, country selection advice, and student visa processing with immediate, accessible mobile navigation.
- Parents & Sponsors: Financial guardians evaluating consultancy legitimacy, government licensing credentials (Licence No. 1/CEA/CC-III), track record, and fee transparency.
- Immigration & Education Counselors: Efficient Overseas staff requiring well-qualified inquiries with structured contact data (preferred country, test readiness, academic history) to streamline consultation workflows.
- Executive Leadership (MD): Managing Director Rajkaran Singh Brar and senior management seeking brand elevation, localized regional dominance in Punjab, and sustained organic search visibility.

Functional requirements detail the specific behaviors, interactive services, and information workflows implemented in the system:
- FR-01: Information Architecture & Brand Showcase: The system shall deliver a unified multi-page responsive portal detailing company heritage (since 2005), 10,000+ alumni, Managing Director’s vision, and Government Licence No. 1/CEA/CC-III across all viewpoints.
- FR-02: Study Destination Knowledge Hubs: The system shall provide dedicated country landing pages for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom, featuring admission prerequisites, post-study work permits (PGWP/485), and regional visa policies.
- FR-03: Training & Service Portals: The platform shall provide dedicated portals for IELTS Training (Cambridge/IDP 4-module mastery), Spoken English (4-level fluency ladder), Study Visa facilitation, and Visitor Visa documentation.
