This project report documents the development of a Real Estate Agent Review and Rating Website, a collaborative effort between Dikshit Sharma, a student at TRU, and Tanya Realtors, a real estate business. The primary objective of this project is to create a user-friendly platform that empowers clients and business to assess and review real estate agents efficiently. The implementation of this website involves technologies such as PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and tools like Git and Jira. The hosting will be managed on-premises to ensure data security and control.
Real estate agencies often struggle to gather accurate and reliable information about their agents’ performance with potential clients, resulting in a lack of transparency and trust in the industry. To address these challenges and enhance customer satisfaction, this project aims to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly Real Estate Agent Ranking and Review Platform. This platform will empower customers with the ability to evaluate and grade real estate agents based on their personal experiences. The system will provide a streamlined and efficient way for customers to provide feedback, share their opinions, and contribute to an overall rating for each agent. At the end, the business will also be able to shed a light upon those ratings or reviews and further improve their customer experience which can lead to higher customer satisfaction.
